Job Summary:

Moloco is a machine learning company that empowers organizations to leverage their first-party data for performance advertising. The Website Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for transforming  into a storytelling platform that showcases their AI-powered solutions, driving engagement and conversion through strategic content and website optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Own Website Product Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive website strategy including architecture, content framework, and conversion optimization across all three Moloco product lines

• Create Compelling Product Positioning:
Translate core product positioning into targeted messaging that resonates with specific customer segments and industry verticals

• Design Customer Journey Architecture:
Structure site experience to guide different personas (technical evaluators, business decision-makers, industry specialists) through tailored discovery paths

• Develop High-Impact Content:
Create product pages, solution content, case studies, and customer success stories that demonstrate Moloco's value across diverse use cases

• Drive Performance Optimization:
Set and track website KPIs including traffic growth, conversion rates, SEO rankings, and ABM campaign performance

• Lead

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with product, sales, design, and engineering teams to ensure website accurately reflects product capabilities and market positioning

• Execute Product Marketing Initiatives:
Beyond the website, lead additional PMM projects including go-to-market enablement, competitive positioning, and sales content development

• Implement AI-Powered Workflows:
Leverage AI tools to scale content creation, optimize messaging, and streamline product marketing operations

• Establish Thought Leadership Hub:
Position the website as a destination for industry insights, product expertise, and customer advocacy content

Qualifications:

Required:

• 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience at enterprise software companies, with proven success in messaging, positioning, and content strategy

• Website transformation ownership with demonstrated experience leading product-driven website redesigns or major content overhauls that improved conversion metrics

• Enterprise SaaS expertise working with technical and business decision-maker personas, ideally at high-growth companies

• Content strategy mastery including developing case studies, solution pages, technical documentation, and persona-driven messaging frameworks

• SEO and conversion optimization skills to create content that ranks well and drives measurable business outcomes

• Strong analytical capabilities to set website performance goals, track KPIs like traffic and conversions, and optimize based on data insights

• AI tool proficiency as a 'force multiplier' - you're comfortable using AI to accelerate content creation, messaging development, and campaign execution

• Cross-functional leadership experience working with product, sales, and engineering teams to align on positioning and ensure accurate product representation

• Strategic thinking with execution focus - you can develop comprehensive website strategy while diving deep into content creation and performance optimization

• Self-sufficiency and ownership mindset to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects independently while maintaining high quality standards
