Independent Contractor (full-time, remote, long-term engagement).

• Administer Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022)
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and user permissions
• Configure DNS, DHCP, and WSUS services
• Monitor and maintain domain controllers and infrastructure health
• Implement security and compliance best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve infrastructure issues
• Communicate effectively in English (written and spoken)

• Experience with Azure Active Directory / Entra
• Power Shell scripting and automation
• Hybrid identity environments (on-prem + cloud)
• Backup, replication, and failover strategies
• Troubleshooting authentication and access issues
• Integrating Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online

• Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, AZ-104, etc.)
• Experience with Intune or Endpoint Manager
• Familiarity with VMware or Hyper-V
• Exposure to security hardening and patch management
