Principal/Lead Infor Lawson Payroll Consultant – Nationwide Remote
RPI Consultants is seeking an Infor (Lawson) Payroll Principal Consultant to join our growing team. This position is responsible for Infor Payroll upgrades, process improvement projects, and new product implementations. You will work as part of multi‑disciplinary implementation teams to improve customer use of Infor HCM Payroll systems. As a peak‑performing, senior member of the Human Capital Management (HCM) team, you will implement and improve customers’ use of technology to streamline and optimize their business functions.
The principal is a high‑level decision‑maker expected to contribute to overall profitability and performance. It requires building client relationships, soliciting opportunities to add value and billable work, and upholding company policies.
Responsibilities
This role involves leading full‑cycle engagements, providing business process validation, system configuration, data conversions and migrations, system customization, testing, cutover planning & execution, go‑live support, and end‑user support for Infor Lawson Payroll modules.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years’ experience working with Infor Lawson Payroll modules, demonstrating proficiency in multiple Infor Lawson HR areas
- Demonstrated experience and a proven track record of leading successful, full‑cycle engagements implementing FSM/ Cloudsuite Payroll implementations
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in consulting
- Experience working in Healthcare and implementing Infor HCM in Healthcare environments
- Experience with business process validation, system configuration, data conversions, migrations, system customization, testing, cutover planning, execution, go‑live, and end‑user support
