The Remote Computer Support Specialist at Solar Works Energy delivers technical assistance to employees by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues remotely. Responsibilities- Provide remote technical support via phone, email, chat, and remote desktop tools
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications remotely
- Support remote and field employees with timely technical solutions
- Monitor system performance and apply security patches and updates
- Document support requests, resolutions, and technical procedures
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors when required
- Ensure technology aligns with Solar Works Energy’s renewable energy operations
