Applause is seeking a remote mid-level QA Analyst to support a ticket marketplace client based in San Francisco. The role requires strong client-facing communication skills and a background in web and mobile app manual QA testing. Key responsibilities include coordinating testing strategies, managing test cycles, and triaging issues. Ideal candidates should have 4+ years of QA experience and a Bachelor's Degree in computer science.

This is an independent contractor role with a pay rate of $40 to $45 per hour.
