Part-Time Project Manager; Client-Facing Systems Implementation

Optimize Management Group LLC is hiring a Project Manager to support one primary public-sector client.

You’ll work directly with the Principal Consultant to implement structured systems, maintain process consistency, and support organized execution across active work streams.

This role requires strong execution and follow-through, translating discussions into clear next steps, reinforcing accountability, and ensuring established workflows are consistently applied.

• Maintain and optimize structured boards in
• Translate meetings into clear action items, ownership, and timelines
• Track progress across multiple initiatives and work streams
• Follow up to ensure deliverables remain on track
• Support intake and workflow implementation
• Reinforce process consistency across the client team
• Join 2–3 client calls per week and occasionally facilitate one independently
• Provide organized summaries and maintain visibility across projects

• 3+ years of Project Management or Operations experience
• Strong hands‑on experience with  (required)
• Experience implementing structured workflows within active teams
• Comfortable operating in client‑facing environments
• Clear and concise communicator
• Organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented
• Able to balance structure with practical flexibility

• 20–30 hours per week
• Fully remote contractor position
• One primary client engagement initially, with potential to expand over time
