The Role

The Paid Digital Media Manager is a vital role responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel paid advertising campaigns. This position aims to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and contribute to revenue growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with extensive expertise in digital media platforms, analytics, and campaign management. Leadership skills are essential to guide a team of digital specialists and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, SEO, and product marketing.

The role requires a proactive approach to staying current with industry trends and emerging digital tools to ensure our campaigns are innovative and effective. Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media management
  • Expertise in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic advertising tools
  • Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools including Google Analytics, Adobe, and Domo
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Design and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across multiple channels including Google Ads, Bing, Meta, and programmatic platforms
  • Identify target audiences, set campaign goals, and define key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including ad creation, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and performance tracking
  • Oversee campaign optimization through A/B testing, creative adjustments, and landing page improvements to maximize ROI
  • Monitor campaign performance in real-time and make strategic adjustments to meet or exceed KPIs
  • Analyze campaign data using various analytics tools and generate detailed performance reports for senior leadership
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to refine campaign strategies and improve effectiveness
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital media specialists, fostering professional development and high-quality execution
  • Collaborate with creative, content, SEO, and product marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaign strategies
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to leverage additional expertise and digital tools
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in digital marketing
  • Evaluate and incorporate new digital tools and techniques to enhance campaign performance
  • Develop and manage the paid media budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and ROI optimization
  • Conduct regular budget reviews and adjust strategies accordingly to meet financial objectives
