Technology Systems Analyst (Business Systems & Data Integration Coordinator)

The Technology Systems Analyst is an independent subcontractor who provides expertise in assessing technological systems for nonprofit organizations and public sector agencies. The Technology Systems Analyst helps identify inefficiencies in technology utilization, identifies challenges and solutions, and makes recommendations for new and improved processes and implementation methods.
Work under this subcontract will begin only upon contract award and issuance of the official notice to proceed.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with project team and the client’s departments to align technology needs, utilization, and workflows with organizational capacity, development, and overall service goals
Understand the organization’s service program, program delivery models, and the technology systems used within the process of program delivery
Assess the organization’s current technology utilization, practices and workflows
Identify challenges, technological gaps, and inefficiencies
Identify opportunities for improved utilization, automations, and integration
Recommend technological improvements aligned with service goals and delivery models
Develop reports to communicate research findings, predictions, improvement processes, and implementation methods
Justify any costs associated with improvements
Able to train teams on new technological solutions and systems utilization
Maintains clear, professional communication with key stakeholders
May be expected to attend client meetings
Work with minimal supervision
Additional related tasks may be assigned
Skills Needed
Understanding of cross-functional and cross-team collaboration
Knowledge of developing and analyzing surveys
Knowledge and skill of writing narratives and creating reports
Ability to research software details
Able to learn new software and familiarize oneself with its features quickly
Able to train teams on new technological solutions and systems utilization
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to multi-task
Experience using Microsoft and Google programs, such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Docs and Google Sheets
Experience with a range of SaaS programs and CRM systems
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a similar position (two years with evidence of success in previous roles)
Experience with governmental agencies, nonprofit organizations, or business enterprises
Experience with a range of SaaS programs and CRM systems
Skilled in communicating with diverse stakeholders across all levels of an organization
Professional communication skills in both writing and speaking
Ability to receive feedback gracefully
Understanding of how to apply feedback effectively
Courage to ask questions when unsure
Experience using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Experience or familiarity with collaborative work spaces such as Asana or Google Drive programs, such as Google Docs and Google Sheets
Experience with a range of SaaS programs and CRM systems (Examples include Salesforce, Neon CRM, Bloomerang, City Span, Hub Spot, Apricot, Blackbaud, Open Gov, Tyler Technologies, Dropbox, SharePoint, Quickbooks, Civic Plus, and HRIS and project management systems, etc.)
