Location:

200 Jennings Avenue, Knoxville, TN (remote candidates in the Pacific Time Zone considered). Standard schedule 40 hours per week with flexibility up to 60 hours per week across day, night, and weekend shifts.

Education & Experience
  • 1+ years cellular network device management experience (cloud management programming and coding preferred).
  • Proven strong communicator.
  • Knowledge of Wireless Technology, Networking, and Telecommunications preferred.
  • Certifications/training in Cradlepoint, Cisco, Digi, Inseego, Peplink, Juniper, Fortinet, Velocloud, Palo Alto, Citrix.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and ticketing and project management software.
