Our client, a highly respected global organization within the Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing industry, is seeking a hands‑on Net Suite Consultant / Administrator with deep expertise in Net Suite Field Service Management (FSM) to help modernize, optimize, and enhance their existing Net Suite ecosystem.

This is not a maintenance‑only environment. The organization is heavily investing in Net Suite enhancements, workflow automation, platform optimization, and operational scalability across the business. They need a consultant who can step in, take ownership, provide strategic guidance, and deliver measurable impact.

• Managing and optimizing the Net Suite environment including security, permissions, user setup, and platform performance
• Configuring and enhancing Net Suite Field Service Management (FSM) functionality to improve field operations and technician efficiency
• Developing workflows, automations, saved searches, dashboards, reports, and process improvements
• Partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable Net Suite solutions
• Identifying underutilized platform capabilities and recommending system enhancements aligned with best practices
• Supporting integrations between Net Suite and other business applications including Salesforce
• Performing data audits, cleanup initiatives, migrations, and governance activities to maintain data integrity
• Troubleshooting system issues and proactively implementing platform improvements
• Supporting testing, upgrades, patches, and release management activities
• Creating documentation, training materials, and end‑user resources to support adoption and efficiency
• Managing role‑based security, access controls, and platform governance
• Communicating system enhancements and process updates to business stakeholders and leadership

• 5+ years of experience as a Net Suite Administrator or Net Suite Consultant within complex environments
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Net Suite Field Service Management (FSM) is required
• Proven experience configuring workflows, automation, reporting, dashboards, and system administration
• Experience supporting Net Suite optimization, enhancement, or post‑implementation initiatives
• Strong understanding of Net Suite best practices, governance, and data management strategies
• Experience supporting integrations between Net Suite and external business systems
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with technical and functional stakeholders
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship

• Net Suite Administrator Certification highly preferred
• Experience with in manufacturing, electronics, appliances, or service‑based organizations
• Prior consulting experience within Net Suite environments
• Experience supporting Salesforce integrations and connected applications
• Background working within lean IT teams where consultants wear multiple hats
• Experience improving field operations, service delivery workflows, or technician management processes
• Familiarity with Suite Script, Suite Flow, or advanced Net Suite customization capabilities
