Senior Business Analyst at Baires Dev
In this role, you'll bridge the gap between technical operations and business stakeholders, ensuring smooth enterprise onboarding and customer success. Working at the intersection of technical troubleshooting and customer operations, you'll gather requirements, triage issues, and coordinate across teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs. WhatYou’ll Do
- Lead enterprise onboarding and workflow support initiatives.
- Gather customer‑facing requirements and triage technical issues.
- Coordinate technical troubleshooting across teams and stakeholders.
- Manage ticket escalation workflows and ensure timely resolution.
- Create process maps and onboarding playbooks for enterprise clients.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or customer operations.
- Strong background in technical business analysis and customer operations.
- Experience with enterprise onboarding and workflow support.
- Proven ability in customer‑facing requirements gathering and issue triage.
- Experience with technical troubleshooting coordination.
- Background in ticket management and escalation workflows.
- API‑aware communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with process mapping and onboarding playbooks.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Experience with B2B products.
- Background in SaaS platform configuration support.
- Familiarity with Freshdesk, Jira, or Zendesk.
- Knowledge of Web2/Web3 platform environments.
- Experience with UAT coordination.
- Basic knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman or similar.
- 100% remote work (from anywhere).
