Role Overview

Lead Business Solutions Architect is a strategic role within the Business Solutions Group (BSG), reporting to the Sr. Director of Business Solutions. This individual is responsible for designing and articulating integrated business and technology solutions for large, complex, and high-value strategic opportunities within the US Services portfolio. This role plays a critical part in pre‑sales and capture efforts, partnering with sales, operations, IT, and executive leadership to develop competitive, compliant, and scalable solutions that support growth objectives.

• Facilitate the development of cross‑line‑of‑business solutions combining business capabilities, value streams, and business processes. Consult with technical subject matter experts to develop technical solutions and advise on options, risks, cost‑benefit, and impacts on business processes and system priorities.
• Work with Business Development to assess competitive threats and opportunities from digital enterprises outside traditional competition.
• Support digital strategy and monetization through collaboration with Digital Solutions.
• Use business architecture deliverables to help leaders identify and make informed technology investment decisions (e.g., business‑outcome statements, strategy‑on‑a‑page, scenario planning, business capability modeling, value‑stream mapping, business process models, ecosystem modeling, customer/user profiling, journey maps, human‑centric design, investment roadmaps).
• Work with business and technology executives to articulate and clarify business and operating models, using existing models as a starting point for innovation.
• Seek opportunities to drive adoption of new technology and reuse existing technology to enable business capabilities, value streams, and processes.

Provide strategic oversight and coordination across Technology, Capture, Sales, and Operations teams from pre‑bid activities through proposal submission.
