We are building the next iconic cybersecurity company—one focused on identity as the new security perimeter. We’re looking for a Regional Account Executive to own and grow the West Coast territory. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and wants to help define how a category is built.

Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close across mid-market and enterprise accounts
  • Aggressively prospect and build pipeline within your territory—this is a hunter role
  • Partner closely with marketing to execute high-performing, account-based campaigns
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to deeply understand the Permiso platform and competitive landscape
  • Work with Demand Generation to maximize regional presence through events (executive dinners, happy hours, field activations)
  • Help define and refine ICP, messaging, and sales playbooks as we scale
  • Navigate complex sales cycles where the buyer, user, and influencer are not always the same
Qualifications
  • Experience in cybersecurity sales, preferably in cloud security, identity security, or SaaS security
  • 1–3+ years of experience closing mid-market or enterprise SaaS deals
  • Strong ability to prospect and build pipeline from scratch
  • Solid understanding of how security teams operate, including budgeting and procurement processes
  • Experience selling into technical buyers where the end user is not always the economic buyer
  • Comfortable operating in early-stage environments—building, iterating, and improving as you go
  • Highly inquisitive mindset with a strong desire to learn—curiosity is a competitive advantage here
  • Ability to operate autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally with marketing and product teams
