This fully remote position will lead UX strategy and practices, collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance usability and user adoption of products. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of relevant experience, strong skills in user-centered design, and the ability to influence product development.
A degree in a related field is required, with familiarity in government digital services preferred.
