Job SummaryThis is a senior-level Head of Revenue Operations (Rev Ops) role combining internal ownership and client-facing delivery. You will design, build, and optimize revenue systems while also leading Rev Ops engagements for external clients.
This role is ideal for someone who can architect CRM systems from scratch, build integration workflows, and translate complex revenue data into strategic decisions
.
You’ll start as an individual contributor and quickly evolve into building and leading a Rev Ops team.
Key ResponsibilitiesCRM Architecture & Data Management
- Own and optimize the Hub Spot CRM: pipeline design, lifecycle stages, data models, and automation workflows
- Define and enforce data standards across CRM and GTM tools (Hub Spot, Airtable, outbound platforms)
- Continuously audit and improve data quality, attribution logic, and record consistency
- Build and maintain integrations across the revenue stack using tools like n8n, Zapier, or APIs
Revenue Analytics & Reporting
- Develop real-time reporting systems for pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue performance
- Define and own key GTM metrics (pipeline coverage, CAC, LTV, retention, forecast accuracy)
- Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership
- Build executive-ready dashboards and client-facing reporting frameworks
Rev Ops-as-a-Service Delivery
- Lead CRM audits and Rev Ops assessments for external clients
- Design and implement CRM systems (Hub Spot, Salesforce) for client organizations
- Act as a trusted advisor on revenue operations, reporting, and system architecture
- Build scalable playbooks and frameworks for Rev Ops service delivery
Systems Integration & Automation
- Design automation workflows across CRM, outbound tools, and data platforms
- Integrate billing systems (e.g., Stripe) with CRM for revenue tracking
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini) for reporting, documentation, and workflow optimization
- Ensure scalable, reliable system architecture across all tools
- Core Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Advanced Hub Spot CRM architecture experience (designing systems from scratch)
- Strong experience with workflow automation and integrations (n8n, Zapier, Make, APIs)
- Deep understanding of revenue analytics (pipeline velocity, CAC, retention, forecasting)
- Working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) and CRM migration strategies
- Proven ability to operate in both internal Rev Ops and client-facing environments
- Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with n8n in production environments
- Background in Rev Ops consulting or agency delivery
- Experience integrating Stripe or billing systems into CRM workflows
- Familiarity with AI tools for automation and analytics
- Experience hiring and mentoring junior Rev Ops talent
