Job Description & How to Apply Below

Overview

Peachy builds digital commerce experiences that drive results. We’re a design and engineering partner for brands that expect performance. We specialize in high-converting, fully custom websites, apps, and commerce platforms. Everything we create is built to launch fast, scale easily, and stay ahead. We’re not a marketing agency. We’re not a branding studio. We don’t separate strategy from execution or visuals from outcomes.

Our work lives where product thinking, creative direction, and revenue meet. Every project is shaped by data and built with conversion in mind. Our process combines UX, CRO, data driven design, and development into one tight, focused system. This is how we help brands grow faster, sell more, and outpace the competition. What we build becomes an advantage. Our websites and platforms provide brands with speed, control, and a foundation to scale their marketing, launch new ideas, and grow without friction.

Peachy is hybrid, async-friendly, and built for outcomes. We work with ambitious companies that want more from digital. Our reputation is built on what we deliver.

Currently, the Peachy team is searching for a Project Manager to join our team for planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects.

What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years in project management (planning, monitoring, control, decision-making facilitation).
  • Proven ability to influence and mentor team members.
  • Experience in business process design (a strong technical background is a plus).
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proven project management experience in tech/IT companies.
  • Understanding of agile software development methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
  • Familiarity with task boards like Jira, Shortcut, Notion, etc.
  • English proficiency—Upper intermediate or native level.
What We Offer
  • Join a professional international team.
  • Enjoy a comfortable work schedule.
  • Experience zero bureaucracy.
  • Work in a pleasant atmosphere with a wonderful team.
  • 100% remote work (work from wherever you want).
  • Engage in interesting projects and challenging tasks.
  • Opportunities for self-realization, professional development, and career growth.
  • Competitive compensation with performance-based increases.
  • Flexible working hours, holidays, and vacation time when you need it.
Responsibilities
  • Work with cross-functional teams to help deliver IT products and services.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information.
  • Create, manage, and publish project plans and associated documentation.
  • Manage project risk, scope, schedule, and resource alignment to ensure predictable product delivery.
  • Track project health and anticipate and intercept cross-functional blockers.
  • Coordinate the internal work of the design and development teams.

Join us and become a part of our friendly team!
