As Associate Project Manager (Agile), you’ll support the planning, coordination, and execution of Agile projects across cross-functional teams. You’ll work closely with product owners, developers, designers, and QA specialists to ensure that deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards. • Support the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Assist in backlog management by refining user stories and prioritizing tasks
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and product teams to ensure alignment
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues early in the lifecycle
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to Agile best practices
• Facilitate clear communication among stakeholders and team members
• Maintain accurate project documentation including plans, meeting notes, and status reports
• Support quality assurance efforts and review deliverables before release
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through retrospectives and performance analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–2 years of experience in project management, operations, or Agile environments (internships accepted)
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
• Collaborative attitude and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project
• Familiarity with Agile tracking tools such as Confluence or Jira
• Basic understanding of product management or software development
• Experience working on digital projects (web or mobile applications)
