Position OverviewAs Associate Project Manager (Agile), you’ll support the planning, coordination, and execution of Agile projects across cross-functional teams. You’ll work closely with product owners, developers, designers, and QA specialists to ensure that deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards. This role is ideal for early-career professionals with a background in project management, operations, or Agile environments.
You’ll participate in Agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, track progress, and facilitate communication across stakeholders. Your contributions will help streamline workflows, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement in project delivery.

- Support the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Assist in backlog management by refining user stories and prioritizing tasks
- Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and product teams to ensure alignment
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues early in the lifecycle
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to Agile best practices
- Facilitate clear communication among stakeholders and team members
- Maintain accurate project documentation including plans, meeting notes, and status reports
- Support quality assurance efforts and review deliverables before release
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through retrospectives and performance analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–2 years of experience in project management, operations, or Agile environments (internships accepted)
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Collaborative attitude and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project
- Familiarity with Agile tracking tools such as Confluence or Jira
- Basic understanding of product management or software development
- Experience working on digital projects (web or mobile applications)
