We're looking for a BIM / VDC Digital Delivery Lead who will play a critical role in shaping and advancing our digital delivery strategy. In this leadership role, you'll guide project teams, oversee model environments, and ensure high-quality digital deliverables from concept through construction.
What You'll Do
* Lead and mentor a team of Digital Delivery Coordinators and Specialists, setting the standard for excellence
* Oversee the digital model environment and ensure accuracy, quality, and coordination across all project phases
* Partner with Project Managers to develop and maintain Digital Delivery Plans (DDP) and project workflows
* Establish project model setups, including coordinates, scales, orientations, and data standards
* Manage model health and interdisciplinary coordination from early planning through construction documents
* Set up and maintain document management systems and server infrastructure for multi-discipline teams
* Support production teams by executing digital deliverables and providing hands-on technical guidance
* Communicate schedules, milestones, and deliverables clearly across project teams
* Lead digital coordination meetings to ensure alignment and quality control
* Compile and deliver coordinated digital packages at key project milestones
* Oversee project archiving and closeout processes
* Ensure teams have the right tools, software access, and training to succeed
* Collaborate with leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams to drive project success
What You Bring
* Strong experience in BIM, VDC, and digital project delivery
* Expertise in Revit, Navisworks, and 3D modeling workflows
* Deep understanding of interdisciplinary coordination and building systems
* Proven ability to manage digital models and deliverables across project life cycles
* Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr.
