Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Net Suite Developer to support and enhance our
Net Suite ERP environment and related business systems. This role will be responsible for
developing, customizing, integrating, and maintaining Net Suite solutions to support warehouse
operations, distribution processes, finance, reporting, and business automation initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Suite Script, Suite
QL, saved searches,
workflows, integrations, and troubleshooting within a fast-paced operational environment.
Experience supporting WMS, EDI, and warehouse/distribution operations is highly preferred.
This position works closely with IT, Operations, Warehouse, Finance, Purchasing, Customer
Service, and Sales teams to improve processes, optimize workflows, and deliver scalable
business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
? Develop, maintain, and support Net Suite customizations using Suite Script 2.x.
? Create and maintain:
o User Event Scripts
o Scheduled Scripts
o Map/Reduce Scripts
o Suitelets
o RESTlets
o Workflows
? Design and optimize Suite
QL queries and Saved Searches.
? Support and troubleshoot Net Suite ERP issues across multiple departments.
? Develop and maintain integrations between Net Suite and external systems such as:
o WMS systems
o EDI platforms
o Shipping systems
o Third-party APIs
o Celigo or other integration platforms
? Create dashboards, KPIs, custom reports, and analytics for business users.
? Assist with Net Suite administration and system configuration.
? Support warehouse and operational process improvements within Net Suite and WMS.
? Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize existing scripts and searches.
? Maintain proper documentation for customizations, workflows, and integrations.
? Participate in testing, deployments, and change management processes.
? Work closely with departments such as Operations, Warehouse, Customer Service,
Purchasing, Finance, and Sales to analyze and optimize business processes within
Net Suite and related systems.
? Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and process
standardization across departments.
? Translate business requirements into technical solutions that improve operational
workflows and user experience.
? Participate in cross-functional meetings to support continuous improvement initiatives
and system enhancements.
? Assist departments with process troubleshooting, reporting needs, and operational
improvements through technology solutions.
? Work closely with business users to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
? Provide support during upgrades, implementations, and new feature rollouts.
qualifications:Required Qualifications
? 3+ years of hands-on Net Suite development experience.
? Strong experience with:
o Suite Script 2.x
o SuiteQL
o Saved Searches / Workflows
o Advanced PDF/HTML Templates
? Experience with Net Suite integrations and APIs.
? Strong understanding of Net Suite record structures and transaction flows.
? Experience troubleshooting and optimizing Net Suite performance.
? Strong SQL knowledge.
? Experience with JavaScript development.
? Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Good communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
? Experience in distribution, warehouse, or manufacturing environments.
? Experience with WMS systems and warehouse operations.
? Experience with:
o Celigo
o EDI integrations
o REST/SOAP APIs
o ODBC/Suite Analytics Connect
o Net Suite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW)
? Familiarity with shipping and logistics processes.
? Experience with , C#, or other development languages is a plus.
? Net Suite certifications are a plus.
