Peraton is seeking a Customer Support Specialist located in Sterling, Virginia, to join the Department of State's Service Desk team. In this role, you will provide Tier I support and superior customer service while troubleshooting various IT issues.
The ideal candidate must have a bachelor's degree, relevant certification (Comp TIA A+, ITIL), and 1-3 years of help desk experience. Strong communication skills and U.S. citizenship with a Security Clearance are required.
