Be part of the Transformation team focusing on Financial Services and Insurance clients, engaging with Executive leaders to understand current state and open opportunities for transforming their business with customized technology solutions. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of current and emerging technologies and a strong understanding of the BFSI industry, along with technical expertise that enables clear communication of complex concepts to business leaders.

The role focuses on using technology to solve business problems and open doors for new opportunities.

This is a newly created role within the Client Growth Office, targeting the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance industries.

The Transformation Executive is a strategic door opener who can present NTT Data’s holistic capabilities in a differentiated manner. They build credibility with client C-Suite and become a trusted advisor shaping the customer’s technology strategy. The role may be filled by someone with a background as an Architect or former CIO/CTO/CDO who has led transformations.

This is not a typical sales role but a business partnership role that opens doors for NTT to bring in solutions. The candidate should have experience in solutioning with key executives and moving from architecture to business development to present ideas.

Key Qualifications
  • Proven experience working with mega deals exceeding $30 million, potentially multi-year.
  • Proven "door opener" able to engage key executives (CEOs, CIOs) and discuss current industry trends; technical expertise across infrastructure, AI, and upcoming technologies to enable solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to build relationships.
Responsibilities
  • Earn trust of C-Suite decision makers through understanding technology-driven business transformations.
  • Create and present points of view on emerging technology trends (e.g., AI strategies, hybrid cloud, digital experience transformation).
  • Craft outside-in value propositions aligning client needs with technological trends.
  • Co-author account growth strategies with matrixed sales teams; manage relationships as a trusted advisor.
  • Engage early with customer technology and business leaders to understand needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Client Executives, Consulting Engagement Leads, Solution/Enterprise Architects, Client Delivery, and Operations to align solutions with client goals.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure alignment and clarity of the solution vision, scope, and value proposition.
  • Stay abreast of trends, technologies, and best practices in enterprise architecture to create innovative solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 12 years of experience in transformational complex deal pursuit or consulting sales roles, preferably in IT services.
  • Experience closing technology services mega deals in excess of $30 million with Sales Pursuit and Solutioning teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute strategic sales strategies at the C-Suite in Fortune 300 organizations.
  • Proven track record of managing and closing complex deal cycles that meet customer requirements and expectations.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Knowledge across technology domains such as cloud, data, AI, security, network, infrastructure, and applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Domestic travel up to 60%; may include international travel based on client needs.
