Cadence Management
Design inbound and outbound campaign cadences – Create Sales and BDR team member cadences that align with engagements and product messaging.
Manage cadence process – Keep documentation updated and readily available to the Commercial team for all cadences
Monitor statistics and results – Evaluate cadence performance and design, analyzing data (A / B testing) to make informed decisions on updates to cadences when appropriate
Campaign + Cadence Alignment – Ensure alignment with marketing on campaign calendar and cadence plan
Enablement Materials – Support and build enablement tools related to outbounding and cadences
Personalized Cadences – Manage tools that support personalized cadences and monitor for improvements and accuracy.
Leverage quantitative skills – Interpret data, gain insights, and translate to actionable improvements
Provide cross functional support – Manage cross functional initiatives and project coordination to optimize the sales process
AI integration – AI first models, and implement AI where appropriate
Documentation Management – Maintain process documentation for inbound and outbound efforts between Sales, BDR, and Marketing
Identify and Scale Best Practices – Stay up to date on best practice models, and identify improvements within the Bonterra process
Process Automations – Develop automations and workflows where gaps or bottlenecks are identified
Requirements3
-5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations or related roles
Data-Driven Approach – Comfortable using analytics to measure effectiveness
Technical Skills – Advanced excel skills. Proficiency in Sales Loft, 6
Sense, Sales Force, Confluence, and SQL / Python
Sales Knowledge – Sales processes and methodologies
Communication Skills – Proficient in effective sales cadence creations and communication
Collaboration & Adaptability – Develop rapports with colleagues and adapt to fast-paced dynamic environment

Compensation
The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and in addition to benefits this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity.
US annual salary: $83,000 – $105,000
