Hybrid Senior ERP Architect — Supply Chain & Integrations

M&SConsulting LLC’s Morgantown, WV, office seeks a Senior Architect—ERPApplications to lead client engagements on ERP projects. This is a hybrid office/work-from-home position within the United States, but the employee must live within commuting distance of the office in Morgantown, West Virginia.

• Designing and configuring ERP supply chain modules for Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Planning;
• Analyzing business requirements and developing functional specifications and solution designs;
• Leading design workshops, performing system configuration, and validating integrations;
• Conducting testing, troubleshooting issues, supporting deployments, and preparing documentation;
• Supporting data migration and interface design, and providing ongoing production support.

Must have abachelor’sdegree (or foreign equivalent) in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Information Systems, or a related field plus five (5) years of post-baccalaureate and progressively responsible experience in a related supply chain ERP implementation or architecture position.

Experience must include five (5) years working with:

• Hands‑on configuration and implementation in major ERP supply chain modules (e.g., Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Planning, or equivalent);
• Leading end‑to‑end ERP project cycles including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment;
• ERP integrations, data migration, and cross‑functional process design;
• Developing functional design documents, test scripts, and configuration workbooks for ERP implementations;
• Working with SQL or similar query tools to analyze transactional data and support troubleshooting;
• Supporting ERP system upgrades, patches, or quarterly release cycles, including impact analysis and regression testing;
• Collaborating with technical teams to define interface requirements, mapping specifications, and integration logic;
• Providing production support for ERP supply chain modules, including root cause analysis and resolution of system defects.

Must also have a professional certification in ERP Supply Chain or ERP Implementation (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or equivalent).

Must be able and willing to travel domestically up to 10% to client sites.
