Lead Actimize Developer in Texas Direct client

Position Title

Lead Actimize Developer

TX Only – North Texas Market, TX

No remote work. Hybrid 3 days per week initially, may transition to 5 days. Days of the week:
Monday - Friday.

Working hours:

8 AM CST. OT possibility closer to production. Travel:
Possible travel to PA once a quarter.

Contract to hire

A regulated financial institution background is a plus.

• Code and develop ETL Informatica data feeds into a new tool.

8-10 years

• NICE Actimize Modules:
  Act One, Actimize Intelligence Server (AIS), Risk Case Manager (RCM), CDD
• Database Expertise: SQL/PLSQL for data mapping, querying, managing Oracle and MS SQL Server databases.
• Development & Scripting:
  Java coding, UNIX/Linux environments.
• System Configuration:
  Building and customizing RCM workflows, AIS visual modeling, alert management, UDM (Unified Data Model).
• Integration & Tools: REST/SOAP APIs, Autosys/Control-M scheduling, JIRA or HP QC ALM.

• Financial crime & compliance: AML, Trade Surveillance, KYC, Fraud Detection.
• Process Analysis:
  Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.

• Analytical Thinking: debugging, troubleshooting, performance tuning.
• Communication:
  Excellent verbal and written skills bridging business stakeholders and IT.

Bachelor's degree required.

• Panel interview with hiring manager, Tech Lead, and Product Owner.
