We’re a Google Ads-focused agency (90% of our work is on Google) that offers both white-label and direct services, seeking an Account Manager focused on Client Success to lead client communication, strategy alignment, project management, and reporting, while collaborating closely with our team.
You won’t be building or fully optimizing campaigns, but you must have hands-on experience in Google Ads to confidently discuss performance data, guide client conversations, and make strategic decisions when necessary. We work with both white-label partners (other agencies) and direct clients (businesses). This role is ideal for former PPC specialists who enjoy communication, strategic thinking, and building strong client relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing:
What You Bring:
- 3+ years in Client Success or Account Management, ideally in a digital ad agency
- Strong understanding of Google Ads — you've worked within the platform before
- Ability to simplify performance metrics into clear, actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills — friendly, clear, and confident
- Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple clients efficiently
