Remote Chief Technology Officer - MVUP

mvup is an Ethereum rollup with a virtual machine running the Move smart contract programming language. We are fundamentally rewriting the foundations of secure blockchains and developer experience from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's technical vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead the design and development of mvup’s infrastructure, to enhance efficiency and security.
• Utilize your deep understanding of cryptography to ensure the security of the protocol and the implementation of the right tools.
• Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing technical team. Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to ensure the team's success and growth.

Qualifications:

• A strong background in blockchain technology with a proven track record of working on rollup infrastructure and layer 2 scaling solutions.
• Deep understanding of cryptographic algorithms and security protocols.
• Extensive knowledge of the blockchain technology stack, including familiarity with major projects and their technology stacks.
• Experience in managing and leading technical teams, fostering a culture of growth, and driving technical excellence.
