Product Manager | Protein Metrics
We are currently looking for a Product Manager | Protein Metrics in the United States. This remote‑friendly position will lead the strategy, development, and optimization of scientific software products used by biopharmaceutical organizations worldwide. You will analyze market trends, define product roadmaps, and collaborate closely with engineering, sales and service teams to create tools that accelerate scientific discovery and biotherapeutic development.
Base pay range
: $100,104 – $117,770 per year.

United States (remote‑friendly).
- Conduct market analysis to identify competitive gaps and opportunities for product development.
- Define product requirements, use cases and development priorities through customer engagement and research.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, sales and service teams to ensure product features meet customer needs.
- Provide input on UI/UX to ensure products are intuitive and effective for scientific workflows.
- Support product positioning, sales enablement and training materials to maximise market visibility.
- Mentor and coach field teams on product strategy, competitive advantages and market trends.
- Coordinate with R&D to evaluate new algorithms, tools and technologies for potential product integration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, contributing to enterprise‑level software development.
- Strong analytical and communication skills to articulate ideas to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Understanding of AI/ML applications in scientific software.
- Familiarity with LC‑UV‑MS or related analytical instrumentation and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles for scientific applications.
- Experience managing product strategy, SDLC, product security and working with outsourced vendors.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Atlassian, JIRA and Confluence.
- Knowledge of biopharmaceutical development processes.
- Experience in GxP‑regulated environments.
- Proven track record managing scientific software products in a global context.
