Instructional Designer - Remote

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Remote Instructional Designer.

Responsibilities:

* Designs training programs, including classroom lectures, online courses, and self-study sessions, directed at employees, organization members, or those who use the organization's products or services

* Develops and updates course content and coordinates learning curriculum

* Conducts assessment and analysis to identify new development needs and recommends training methods accordingly

* Maintains in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the related field

* Prioritize tasks in your project management software, perhaps assigning time blocks for specific activities;
This could include reviewing project timelines, checking for updates from collaborators, and identifying roadblocks

* Articulate 360 to develop eLearning modules, incorporating audio and video assets created and edited in Adobe and Premier Pro respectively;
This would involve recording narration, editing video clips, and assembling interactive learning experiences2 years of experience with:

* Instructional Design strategies

* Consulting with SMEs

* Curriculum Development

* Articulate 360

* Adobe Products (audio/video)

* Project Management Software

* Education Quality Assurance experience

* Claims experience or experience with claims training is a plus

* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed

* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
