Position :
Hub Spot Specialist
Salary : PHP 100, per month
Working Hours & Conditions :
Monday to Friday, aligned with Australian business hours
Hub Spot is live and the sales team uses it daily. This role exists to take ownership of the platform — build out automations, clean up data, integrate with the broader tech stack, and help move the business away from manual spreadsheet-driven processes toward a connected, scalable system.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Design and build Hub Spot workflow automations across Sales Hub and Marketing Hub
- Integrate Hub Spot with Xero, Vbout, Hubexo (formerly BCI Central), and other platforms via API
- Data cleanup and CRM hygiene — dedupe, enrich legacy ACT! data, fix orphaned records
- Translate manual spreadsheet-based processes into scalable, automated workflows
- Build sales pipeline reporting and dashboards
- Manage meetings, task-setting, and service workflows within Hub Spot Service Hub
- Embed AI tools (including Claude/Anthropic) into workflows where they add value
- Train and support the internal team; serve as the internal Hub Spot authority
- 5+ years hands‑on Hub Spot — Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub
- Deep automation and workflow build experience
- Strong data cleanup and CRM hygiene background
- Comfortable working across API/integration-heavy environments
- Strong Excel at professional level
- AI tooling mindset — knows when and how to apply automation and AI tools
- Perfect written and verbal English
- Background in construction, manufacturing, or tender-driven sales with long cycle exposure
- Experience with Vbout or similar marketing automation platforms
- Familiarity with inventory or ERP systems
- A systems thinker who leads with strategy, not just execution. Someone who will push back
- on bad ideas, flag inefficiencies, and bring a point of view. Not a task‑taker a partner.
- Social media and Linked In content support
- Inventory system build (transitioning from current Excel-based workflows)
- Broader AI-powered business process improvement
