In this role, you will provide expertise in designing and deploying unified communications solutions for credit unions. Responsibilities include integrating telephony systems, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with clients to ensure seamless onboarding. Ideal candidates should have over 4 years of experience in telephony engineering, especially with CCaaS and UCaaS platforms.

Strong communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in SIP and VoIP infrastructure.
