• Analyzing IT systems, networks, and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Monitoring system performance to ensure optimal speed, security, and reliability.

• 3+ years of experience in IT analysis, system administration, or a related field.
• Strong ability to analyze IT systems and propose data-driven solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud computing, network security, and system performance metrics.
• Experience with IT risk management, cybersecurity, and compliance standards.
• Proactive mindset you don't wait for problems; you find and fix them first.
• Ability to work remotely, manage multiple tasks, and communicate effectively.

• Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA, CISSP, or similar fields.
• Experience in engineering or construction industry IT environments.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools, automation, and cloud platforms.
