Job Description and Duties

ANALYST II - BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SERVICES / SUPPORT AND ASSET SERVICES / HEADQUARTERS

The reporting location for this position is 715 P Street in Sacramento, CA. This position will work under the general supervision of the Supervisor I.

The Analyst II will coordinate requests from the Governmental Claims Board, Attorney General, or the California Department of Human Resources regarding government claims submitted by both Department employees and members of the public. The Analyst II will prepare a monthly budget for the Business Management Services (BMS) unit using data from multiple sources, including the Fiscal Tracking System (FTS) and Labor Information Database (LID).

The Analyst II will maintain the department organizational changes, responsible for reviewing the annual vehicle home storage permits, prepare and submit required reports for the Recycling, Smog, and Clean Truck Check programs in compliance with state regulations.

Training and Development Assignments may be considered.
