Job Summary

We’re looking for a Senior PPC Manager with deep expertise in paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta Ads
, and other platforms. This role goes beyond campaign management—you’ll be responsible for crafting high-performing ad copy, building full-funnel strategies, and driving measurable growth across multiple accounts
.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads
  • Own performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
  • Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies
  • Write high-converting ad copy across multiple formats and platforms
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends and scale opportunities
  • Create and maintain performance dashboards using tools like Looker Studio and Agency Analytics
  • Collaborate with creative and account management teams
  • Present insights, reports, and strategic recommendations directly to clients
  • Continuously test and iterate on messaging, targeting, and creative
  • 4+ years of PPC experience in a digital marketing agency (required)
  • Advanced expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
  • Proven ability to write compelling, conversion-focused ad copy
  • Strong experience in both eCommerce and lead generation campaigns
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR)
  • Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Proficiency with tools such as:
    • Agency Analytics
    • Looker Studio
    • Call Rail
    • Microsoft Clarity
    • Opteo
    • SEMrush
  • Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills
  • Excellent communication skills with client-facing experience
