  COMM modules:
  Data Modeler, Advanced Template Designer and Web Editor
• Strong knowledge of generating Interactive communications (Draft Editor, Data Capture)
• Good knowledge of Thunderhead/Smart Communication APIs
• Well‑versed with preparation of XML data schema and mapping to business data objects
• Consolidating form templates, recognizing common graphical elements, information blocks, layouts, variable data requirements, functional similarity and multilingual aspects
• Strong understanding of Smart
  
  COMM/Thunderhead concepts and development
• Attention to detail and results oriented, with a strong customer focus
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Problem‑solving and technical communication skills
• Ability to prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related IT field
• Four or more years of Smart
  
  COMM programming experience or related work experience
• Experience and understanding of multiple programming languages and applicable applications

Or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Contribute to development effort by participating in workshops, speaking about technical solutions, building prototypes, and taking on coding assignments
• Translate simple to moderately complex user stories into functional and actionable software within the IT environment
• Collaborate on and inform cross‑functional teams of new feature technical design, requirements, limitations, and implementation
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing of new product functionality; analyze and mitigate issues identified during testing
• Actively participate in meetings with representatives from multiple business and/or IT units
• Perform other duties as required

$115,000 - $130,000 is the salary range for this job. The range is based on factors such as education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and peer compensation. The range does not include any potential incentive pay or benefits.
