Our client, a leading organization in the security industry, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Senior SOC Playbook Consultant Developer to join their dynamic team. As a Senior SOC Playbook Consultant Developer, you will be an integral part of the Security Operations Center supporting incident response and threat management initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, collaborative spirit, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

- Design, develop, and optimize SOC incident response playbooks covering the entire incident lifecycle from detection to recovery.
- Create detailed workflows for IT and OT environments, including malware, lateral movement, privilege abuse, and OT anomalies.
- Develop automated workflows within SOAR platforms, integrating with SIEM, EDR, firewalls, and other security tools.
- Map and refine SOC processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ISO and NIST.
- Collaborate with SOC analysts, incident response teams, and security engineers to align playbooks with operational needs and conduct training sessions.
- 6–12+ years of experience in SOC, Incident Response, Threat Engineering, or Security Automation.
- Deep understanding of SOC operations, incident lifecycle, and threat mapping using frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK.
- Proven experience designing and implementing playbooks across IT and OT environments.
- Hands‑on experience with SOAR platforms such as Palo Alto XSOAR, Splunk SOAR, Siemplify, or Tines.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, YAML, or JSON for automation purposes.
