• BA/BS degree with IT experience and IT project management background
• Scrum Master experience and certification preferred
• Must have experience overseeing project teams with at least 10 team members
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and time management skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively manage priorities

• Hands‑on experience in improving software development processes
• Experience with distributed development teams across multiple geographies
• Direct experience in a Web, Java, XML, RDBMS development environment
• Proven track record of proposing creative solutions to complex challenges
