Ciklum is looking for an Account Director, Healthcare to join our team full-time in the USA (remote).

Responsibilities:

Manage client portfolios within Healthcare, identify growth opportunities.

Build and maintain strong, sustainable client relationships.

Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions meeting client needs.

Collaborate with account partners and digital teams.

Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities.

Handle client escalations and support team members.

Oversee governance and delivery for client accounts.

Requirements:

7+ years in client relationship management, selling software engineering services.

Goal-oriented, strategic, and hands-on.

Ability to create financial business cases and present ROI.

Manage account-level P&L.

Experience interacting with C-Level executives and conveying value propositions.
