We are a growth-stage, venture-backed legal technology company scaling rapidly. We are seeking an Account Manager, Enterprise to co-own and grow a portfolio of our largest and most strategic client relationships.
The RoleAs an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving retention, expansion, and long-term strategic value across a defined book of enterprise accounts. You will operate as a trusted advisor to legal department leadership and hiring managers, including legal operations and counsel.
This is a revenue-impacting role with direct responsibility for net revenue retention, client adoption, and account expansion.
What you’ll do- Own and grow a portfolio of Legal.io’s largest enterprise accounts.
- Develop deep relationships with key stakeholders, including legal operations and counsel personas.
- Support quarterly business reviews and strategic account planning sessions.
- Drive client adoption of Legal.io’s marketplace and data products to ensure measurable ROI.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities, achieving quarterly and annual expansion targets.
- Monitor and proactively manage account health metrics including retention, churn risk, usage, and revenue growth.
- Partner closely with Enterprise Sales, Talent, Product, and Operations teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Capture structured client feedback and translate insights into product and process improvements.
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise account management, client success, or business development within a SaaS, marketplace, or legal services environment.
- Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise accounts with responsibility for revenue retention and expansion.
- Experience working with in-house legal departments or strong familiarity with the legal industry.
- Comfortable engaging executive stakeholders and navigating multi-threaded buying organizations.
- Highly analytical and metrics-driven, with experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce and tools like Apollo and Clay.
