Key Responsibilities
Solution Delivery
Design and build end-to-end CRMA solutions including:
* Data ingestion and transformation (Dataflows / Recipes / connectors)
* Datasets & data models (including relationships and incremental loads)
* Semantic layer (SAQL, bindings, metric definitions, templates)
* Dashboards & lenses with best-practice UX and performance optimization
* Exposure to AI/ML-based predictive dashboards within Salesforce.
* Design and develop CRMA dashboards, lenses, and datasets to deliver actionable insights.
* Build and optimize dataflows, recipes, and bindings for complex business logic and KPIs.
* Translate business requirements into high-performing analytics visualizations aligned with UX and reporting standards.
* Integrate data from Salesforce objects and external sources (e.g., Snowflake, SQL DBs, S3, APIs) via connectors or middleware.
* Implement data preparation, cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment to ensure high-quality analytics outputs.
* Support data reconciliation and validation between source systems and CRMA datasets.
Analytics Enablement & Governance
* Establish and enforce best practices for CRMA development, versioning, and deployment.
* Collaborate with architects, data engineers, and business analysts to align on governance, security, and access control.
* Conduct performance tuning, debugging, and optimization of existing CRMA assets.
Business Partnership
* Work with business stakeholders to define KPIs, success metrics, and visualization requirements.
* Support workshops, demos, and training sessions to drive adoption of analytics solutions
* Provide impact assessments and recommendations for new analytics requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
* 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA / Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM).
* Strong expertise in dataflows, recipes, SAQL, bindings, and advanced JSON configurations.
* Experience integrating with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external data systems (AWS, Snowflake, SQL, etc.).
* Proficiency in Salesforce core platform (Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components) and data modeling.
* Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or other BI tools is an advantage.
* Understanding of Salesforce metadata deployment and Dev Ops pipelines (e.g., Gearset, Copado).
Preferred Qualifications
* Salesforce Certified CRM Analytics and Discovery Consultant or equivalent certification.
* Exposure to AI/ML-based predictive dashboards within Salesforce.
* Experience working in large-scale, multi-cloud Salesforce environments (e.g., Sales, Service, Experience Cloud).
* Prior experience in telecom, manufacturing, or retail domains preferred

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
