Time Coordinator

Position: Real Time Coordinator
Job Description

+ Oversee day-to-day call center operations and management activities

+ Monitor attendance on an hourly and daily basis and provide updates to supervisors

+ Analyze and manage performance across specific call lines

+ Develop and optimize call-handling strategies based on agent skill sets

+ Support agents who handle a wide range of skill-based calls (approximately 5-25 skills per agent)

+ Partner closely with call center supervisors, providing regular updates and dashboard insights

+ Track and communicate performance metrics and operational progress

+ Manage administrative responsibilities related to telephony access and scheduling tools

+ Collaborate with the Workforce Management team on long-term planning initiatives

+ Contribute to budgeting, call volume forecasting, and future-state staffing plans

Main Details:

Start: 7/06

Pay: $22/hr - $30.00/Hr, based on experience

Schedule:

Flexible between the hours of 7:00am - 6:00pm CST Monday - Friday

Location:

100% remote. Equipment will be provided.

Duration: 6 month contract to hire. Goal is to bring someone on permanently.

Qualifications:

+ High School diploma, or equivalent

+ 3 years of related work experience

+ Prior call-center Real Time/Workforce Management background (required)

+ Proficient with the Microsoft Suite (including Excel, Word, Outlook).

+ Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and perform multiple tasks with an attention to detail.

+ Strong organization, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

+ Ability to communicate clearly and professionally to supervisor level management.

+ Prior experience with Five9 and Verint (highly preferred). And Verint most specifically.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
