Salesforce Conga Administrator - Remote Work

In this role, you'll own Salesforce administration plus the document stack built on top of it, managing Conga Composer, CLM, and X-Author in a unique dual capacity—both authoring templates AND running an Excel-based underwriting model with heavy formulas that bulk-writes back to Salesforce. Working with complex Excel logic and document workflows, you'll maintain critical business systems that require a controls mindset and attention to regulatory requirements.

• Manage Salesforce administration including users, permissions, flows, and approvals.
• Maintain and optimize Conga Composer for document generation.
• Author and maintain document templates using X-Author.
• Manage and support an Excel-based underwriting model with complex formulas that bulk-writes back to Salesforce.
• Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for Conga CLM.
• Handle document template management, version control, and approval workflows.

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce administration.
• Strong expertise in Conga Composer.
• Admin-level Salesforce experience with declarative configuration.
• Experience with X-Author for template authoring and maintaining Excel-based models.
• Background in Conga CLM maintenance and day-to-day support.
• Experience with document template management, version control, and approval workflows.
• Ability to navigate complex Excel logic and formulas.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
