We are an in‑office company, and our expectation is that employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. However, we also recognize the importance of flexibility and trust our employees to manage their schedules responsibly. This may include occasional remote work.

We’re looking for a Product Designer who can design elegant, immersive and production‑level quality Human‑Machine Interfaces (HMI) for vehicles of the future. As part of Applied Intuition’s design team, you will play a critical role in shaping the design direction of this new project with strategic importance to Applied Intuition.

• Lead the end-to-end design lifecycle (from concept to production)
• Directly interact with OEMs to identify the target use‑cases and consumer pain points
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to create and validate design solutions for embedded software applications and companion devices
• Work quickly to ship new features in fast release cycles

• 6+ years of experience working on embedded devices and consumer‑facing products
• Strong visual and interaction design skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑paced environment

• Experience designing in-vehicle experiences
• Portfolio of 3D work
• Experience creating user research studies and strategy

Compensation for this role includes a base salary, equity, and benefits. The base salary range for the full‑time position is $107,000 – $222,000 USD annually. Benefits and equity may vary and are subject to change based on jurisdiction.
