We are seeking a Senior IT & Executive Support Specialist to join our IT team and provide exceptional technical support to employees and executive leadership. This is a highly visible, onsite role that combines advanced desktop support, executive technology services, AV/event support, and project coordination. The ideal candidate is a polished IT professional who thrives in a customer-facing environment, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and can confidently support senior leaders in high-profile meetings, broadcasts, and events.
You will serve as a trusted technology partner for executives while helping ensure a seamless support experience across the organization.
- Provide advanced technical support for Windows and macOS devices, software applications, mobile devices, peripherals, and network connectivity issues
- Deliver white-glove support for executive leadership in office, home office, and event environments
- Consult with executives to understand their technology needs and recommend effective solutions to support their work styles and business objectives
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues through in-person, remote, phone, and chat support
- Serve as the lead technical resource for executive meetings, leadership broadcasts, town halls, and other high-visibility events
- Coordinate and manage all technical aspects of meetings, including audio/visual systems, conferencing platforms, room setup, and live event support
- Ensure a seamless experience for presenters and attendees by proactively identifying and resolving issues before and during events
- Provide confident, professional support in front of leadership teams and large audiences when required
- Provide walk-up support through an onsite Tech Bar, delivering quick resolutions and an exceptional customer experience
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to coordinate hardware deployments, upgrades, and technology initiatives
- Maintain and improve documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, user experience, and operational efficiency
- Support technology projects from planning through implementation and completion
- Mentor junior support team members and share technical expertise
- Promote best practices in customer service, communication, and technical troubleshooting
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality support across the organization
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of experience in desktop support, executive support, service desk, or IT support role
- Strong experience supporting Windows and macOS environment
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience with desktop hardware, software, mobile devices, and networking technologies
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, and other collaboration platforms
- Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with executives and non-technical users
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing tasks and projects from initiation through completion
- Experience supporting executive leadership and C-level stakeholders.
- Knowledge of conference room and AV technologies, including Zoom Rooms, Crestron, and Biamp systems.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications, or similar credentials.
- Experience supporting hybrid meeting environments, live broadcasts, and large-scale virtual events.
- Strong documentation, process improvement, and knowledge management skills.
