Hybrid-Remote PeopleSoft Interface Coordinator

Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated Hybrid-Remote People Soft Interface Coordinator to support our client in the Greater Richmond Region. This position offers the opportunity to support critical interface testing, integration activities, and ongoing support across multiple agencies and systems.

• Coordinate interface testing and integration activities between internal teams and external agencies
• Serve as the primary point of contact for interface issues, testing results, and remediation efforts
• Troubleshoot interface failures, identify errors, and coordinate resolution across stakeholders
• Maintain documentation, testing processes, and agency-specific interface requirements
• Ensure agencies follow established testing procedures, timelines, and support processes

• 5+ years of People Soft interface experience in a functional or hybrid functional/technical role
• Strong understanding of People Soft interface architecture, flat-file processing, and error resolution
• Experience coordinating interface testing across multiple stakeholders and work streams
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of concurrent activities
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with business users and external agencies
• Technical background as a People Soft Interface Developer, with progression into a functional or techno-functional role

• Experience with People Tools and core People Soft technical components
• Experience with People Soft Financials and/or HCM modules
• Familiarity with SFTP/FTP and file transfer tools such as MOVEit, WinSCP, or File Zilla

Compensation: The hourly pay range for this position is $55 - $60, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
