We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Director of Product Operations to build and scale operational excellence across the product organization. This leader will drive cross-functional alignment, optimize product development processes, improve planning and governance, and enable product teams to operate efficiently  ideal candidate will bring a rare blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and cross-functional leadership to help scale how Availity’s product organization operates.

This person will have the opportunity to shape planning, prioritization, governance, and execution across a complex healthcare technology environment—driving clarity, speed, and alignment  strongest candidates will thrive in ambiguity, influence at the executive level, use data to improve decision-making, and build operating models that help teams deliver better product outcomes for the market.

*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
* 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, Strategy & Operations, or related functions.
* 3+ years of people leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
* Strong understanding of product development methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Lean practices.
* Proven experience implementing operational processes and scaling cross-functional organizations.
* Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data visualization and reporting tools.
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
* Experience with product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Aha!, Productboard, Confluence, Asana, or similar platforms.
* Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience supporting SaaS, technology, or digital product organizations.
* Familiarity with OKRs, product analytics, and customer feedback systems.
* Experience leading organizational change initiatives or PMO transformations.
* Strong financial, forecasting, and resource planning capabilities.
