A career-focused, ambitious, junior professional with 0-2 years of experience to join our Customer Onboarding Team. You must relish getting the customer over the finish line, and provide exceptional customer experience at the same time.

Customer service needs to be a strong suit of yours. You must have and value exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and have a wonderful team-oriented attitude because you will be working with multiple third party tech companies to get integration requests completed. You cannot be afraid to pick up the phone to get things done! Your fast paced work-style and positive energy is what we are looking for.

You must care deeply about correct data and integrations that directly impact customer success. You must be diligent. You must be disciplined. You must be detailed. You must be organized.

You must desire to work in the office alongside the team, creating the framework for team functionality. Not looking for someone who just wants be a number to rot away at a home office.

The Onboarding Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for new customers and various third parties, guiding them through setup, configuration, and go‑live with meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to anticipating needs.

This role requires exceptional people skills and an extraordinary positive attitude to build trust and rapport with customers and colleagues, while taking strong ownership of the entire onboarding journey from kickoff to successful go‑live.
