Contract (initial duration is to the end of 2026 with a very good chance of being extended)

• Our client is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead and deliver complex, enterprise-level technology initiatives involving onboarding their new clients. Experience managing projects involving large system integrations involving moving large amounts of claims data is ideal for this opening.
• Executive presence with excellent communication skills.
• The PM is responsible for managing project schedule, risks/issues, status reports, compiling estimates from developers and QA, coordinating meetings, interaction with client and internal stakeholders, status checkpoints.
• Creating project plans and schedules.
• Status reports and executive briefings.
• Risk and issue logs.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align priorities and ensure successful outcomes.

• 8+ years of progressive IT project management experience.
• Experience managing and delivering complex system integration projects involving large system integrations that involve moving large amounts of claims data is ideal for this opening.
• This role requires a strong blend of technical project delivery, stakeholder leadership across multiple work streams.
• The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is comfortable driving alignment across cross-functional teams while maintaining strict timelines and high-quality deliverables.
• Strong knowledge of PMBOK and Agile frameworks, with the ability to apply both effectively
• Experience working within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent communication skills with strong executive presence.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and drive alignment.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet or similar project management tools.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
