Responsibilities
- Strong experience managing enterprise CRM transformation initiatives.
- Experience leading business process reengineering efforts.
- Experience facilitating executive and stakeholder workshops.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- GOVERNMENT/PUBLIC SECTOR EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY
- Minimum 10 years of Project Management and Business Analysis experience.
- Minimum 5 years supporting Salesforce initiatives.
- PMP (Preferred)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Certification (Preferred)
- Salesforce Business Analyst Certification (Preferred)
