Children's Services of Roxbury, Inc. is seeking an IT Technician to provide technical support across its main office and branches. The ideal candidate will assist staff in resolving technology issues and ensure efficient operation of all IT equipment. This 6-month contract position requires a minimum of 32 hours per week, offering a chance to grow an IT career while impacting children's lives positively.
The role involves troubleshooting hardware/software problems, setting up equipment, and maintaining documentation. An Associate degree in IT or equivalent experience is preferred.
