Senior Network Engineer

In this role, you’ll act as a trusted technical advisor-designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting advanced network infrastructures while collaborating closely with customers and vendors. • Support flexible change windows to meet customer needs
• Design, maintain, and troubleshoot in-scope network elements
• Understand contractual scope, SLAs, and deliverables
• Work onsite or remote based on customer requirements
• Build strong, trusted relationships with technical stakeholders
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation
• Troubleshoot equipment, configurations, and performance issues
• Open and manage vendor support cases through resolution
• Manage incidents and changes via Service Now or client systems

• Firewall experience (required)
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco routing & switching
• Experience validating and testing new features and production readiness
• Proven WAN/LAN support experience in diverse environments
• Strong proficiency with Wireshark
• Deep understanding of key protocols:
  IP, OSPF, BGP, RIP, IPsec
  , etc.
• Experience with Cisco routers, switches, cabling, and firewalls
• Familiarity with ITIL (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
• Experience deploying and troubleshooting Cisco SDA and ISE-integrated devices
• Familiarity with Cisco DNA Center and Cisco ISE
